Returns & Exchanges

                                      The Lands at Hillside Farms will accept returns on most unopened non-edible items purchased from our website within 15 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges. Please contact us to process the return. Exchanges will also be considered on a case-by-case basis. In all cases, shipping will not be pre-paid and packages must be returned at the customer's expense.

Although we take care to package all of our products very carefully, sometimes damages occur during shipping. In these situations, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will process a replacement order for no additional cost to you.
